Has represented corporate clients in Clean Air Act enforcement litigation instituted by EPA; manufacturers in water pollution matters; waste generators, waste transporters and former landowners in CERCLA matters; major land developers in wetlands and other permitting matters; buyers and sellers of contaminated property in negotiation of sales agreements, and negotiation of cleanup agreements with state and federal agencies; owners and former owners of contaminated property in defense and prosecution of cost recovery actions related to environmental contamination.
