John Condliffe has practised real estate at Hogan Lovells since 1997. He deals with all types of real estate transactions for all types of clients, many of whom he has acted for since he joined the firm. As well as large scale investment and development deals, John has particular knowledge of outsourcing and leasehold liability deals and also advises on indirect property investments and residential investment and development. His mathematical background means that he is just as comfortable with the numbers in transactions as the words. He was a founding member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association and is a member of the Investment Property Forum regulatory committee and on the IPF operational board.
