He has acted for issuers and underwriters on many of the largest and most complex transactions in South East Asia, across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, retail, transportation and logistics, banking, natural resources and energy, and with a particular focus on Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
From 2016 until 2020, Johannes was the Co-Head of the firm’s US practice in Asia Pacific.
