Jeffrey has represented the interests of all types of parties in hundreds of cases in Delaware beginning in the 1990s. Some highlights include the representation of Major League Baseball in the Los Angeles Dodgers bankruptcy and ad hoc bondholder committees and other senior parties in two of the largest Chapter 11 cases in Delaware (Washington Mutual; Energy Futures). Debtor representations include companies in the following industries: healthcare; mining and steel pellet production; electric vehicle and energy storage; pallet leasing and logistics; event rental services and products.
Before Fox, Jeffrey was a partner and Chairman of the Board at his former firm. Prior to law school, he worked as an economist at the Federal Reserve.
