She had a key role in several major of the largest French ECM transactions in recent years, such as the 2021 Veolia’s €2.5 billion rights offering to finance the Suez acquisition, Accor Acquisition Company’s €300 million IPO (SPAC), the rights offerings of Vallourec and the IPOs of Afyren, Forsee Power as well as the IPOs of Carmila, Europcar, Worldline and GTT. She has also been actively involved in several of the most significant recent M&A transactions in the French market, including the €4.4 billion acquisition of Bombardier Transportation by Alstom, the proposed combination between Alstom and Siemens Mobility and the sale by General Motors Corp of its Opel/Vauxhall subsidiary and GM Financial's European operations to PSA Group.
