Javier Lasa is a partner and Head of the Dentons' Energy and Natural Resources practice in Spain.
With more than 25 years of experience in energy law (gas, oil, electricity and renewable energy), EPC/ construction law and M&A, Javier represents high profile energy and renewable energy companies in regulatory proceedings, projects, financing, corporate transactions, energy-related litigation work, construction and project contracts (EPCs, equipment supply, etc.).
With regard to the gas and oil sector, Javier has extensive experience working on the development, financing, and operating domestic and foreign pipelines. He has over 25 years of experience advising on "take or pay" contracts for the purchase and supply of natural gas and LNG, EPC contracts for gas infrastructures, in regulatory affairs: ATR matters - third-party access and access conflicts handled by the National Energy Commission.
