She specialises in all aspects of global executive and employee share plans and incentives. Janet founded and leads the ICSA certificate in Employee Share Plans, the UK’s only professionally recognised qualification in this area. She has been recognised for her contribution to employee share ownership with an OBE and also awarded the inaugural Proshare ‘Services to Employee Ownership’ award.
