James Channo is Co-Chair of the International Transactions Practice Group for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has extensive experience with clients in many different sectors with operations in jurisdictions such as Africa, the U.S., Spain, Latin America and Australia. James has advised a number of energy clients, pharmaceutical and technology clients in connection with their IPOs.
