Howard, a partner in the firm's Healthcare Practice Group, concentrates his practice in healthcare, tax-exempt organizations and senior housing. He represented clients in the formation of more than 50 tax-exempt independent living facilities. Howard served as counsel to clients with respect to formation of two partially physician-owned hospitals (specialty and general), an ACO, alternative delivery vehicles (DPC) and joint ventures. He provided counsel to an academic medical center and to a tax-exempt parent for center’s restructuring. Howard also served as counsel in the formation of a Comprehensive Cancer Center.
