Heinz Goddar, a European and German Patent and Trademark Attorney, is a Partner in the Munich office of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. He holds a PhD degree in physics. Professor Goddar teaches patent and licensing law as an Honorary Professor at the University of Bremen, Germany, and lectures regularly at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), and at other universities in various countries. Professor Goddar is a Past President of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) and of LES Germany and has received a LESI Gold Medal. In June 2014, he has been accepted into the IAM IP Hall of Fame and is a member of the Standing Advisory Committee of the European Patent Office (SACEPO) since 2018.
