Hans Germann is a partner in Mayer Brown's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He is also a member of the firm’s telecommunications subgroup. Hans has significant experience in state and federal regulatory, trial and appellate litigation involving telecommunications, regulatory and administrative law, commercial disputes, preemption, jurisdiction and antitrust issues. He also has counseled clients regarding regulatory issues such as matters relating to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and use of rights-of-way.
