Guy's primary practice is in the area of regulatory, corporate and commercial disputes and litigation, particularly matters arising from contractual and transactional disputes, corporate collapses and takeovers. As well as general contract and transaction disputes, Guy acts in securities litigation, disputes concerning alleged breaches of trust and fiduciary duties, and class actions. Guy is also experienced in corporate fraud work and was acknowledged as one of the world's leading practitioners in the area of asset recovery. He is experienced in Trade Practices disputes, including allegations of cartel conduct, miss-selling and misleading and deceptive conduct.
