Additionally, she demonstrates her deep insight with practical achievements in the field of economic crimes such as smuggling and letter of credit fraud as well as the area of civil and commercial disputes such as tort liability disputes and international trade disputes.
Guohong Zhan is a partner at Dentons Shanghai Office. Before joining Dentons, she had been working at the Customs of the P. R. China for more than 20 years during which for many years as a customs public lawyer. Her practice area ranged from Customs Clearance, Price Verification and HS code Classification, Supervision of Processing Trade, Tax Reduction and Exemption etc. She subsequently practised in various Customs functional departments such as the Statutes department and the Supervision clearance department.
