Grigory is a partner in Linklaters corporate/M&A practice in Moscow. He specialises in M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances and has been involved in the most significant energy deals in Russia.
Grigory’s recent experience includes advising a Russian oil company on its 50:50 tech-investment JV with an international oil major, Total on the acquisition of a 10% interest in the US$25bn Arctic LNG 2 project and the resulting JV, KAZ Minerals on the US$900m acquisition of the Baimskaya project in the Chukotka region of Russia, New Stream on the sale of a 50% stake in the New Stream Group to ARETI Gasenergy and 50/50 JV formation, Rosneft on its oil and gas projects in Iraqi Kurdistan, on the sale of 20% in Verkhnechonskneftegaz and on the sale of 23.9% of Vankorneft, and Agrokom Group on RUB90bn sale of the 100% stake in Donskoy Tabak to Japan Tobacco International.
Grigory joined Linklaters in 1997 and became a partner in 2008. He studied law at the Moscow State University.
