Senior Partner leading work in obtaining or opposing competition law clearances for mergers/joint ventures in Australia & Asia Pacific region. Represents clients in complex investigations & prosecutions in relation to cartel conduct & consumer law compliance, coordinating across the Asian region. Gina has advised on some of the largest, most contentious and complex merger clearance matters for acquisitions and joint ventures in Australia and New Zealand including PMP Limited on its proposed merger with IPMG Group and Tabcorp’s Tatts acquisition (co-competition counsel with HSF).

Re-appointed Commonwealth Treasurer to RBA’s Payment System Board; Independent Legal Advisor to Australian Bankers Association.
