Gina has advised on some of the largest, most contentious and complex merger clearance matters for global and domestic acquisitions and joint ventures. She is currently advising MYOB Invest Co on its proposed acquisition of GreatSoft and recently advised AB InBev in relation to the clearance process for the USD$11.3 billion sale of AB InBev’s Australian business, Carlton and United Breweries (CUB), to Asahi.
Gina has played critical and strategic roles for high profile clients under ACCC’s enforcement and regulatory investigations. Gina co-lead on a critical investigation for BlueScope in relation to the ACCC’s investigation of alleged cartel conduct and commencement of civil proceedings.
