Gergely has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international bank finance and real estate finance matters, construction projects, Public Private Partnership (PPPs), debt capital markets and derivatives transactions. His practice primarily focuses on acquisition and project finance, structured financing and financial restructuring transactions and issues related to credit facility agreements and related security documents.
