Her expertise covers: investigations on cartels, abuse of dominance and other restrictive practices (including dawn raids, advice on leniency, commitments, defenses to the investigation teams’ statement of objections, hearings before the competition authority), competition litigation before national and EU courts, merger clearance, competition compliance, unfair competition, state aid.
With reference to state aid, Georgeta mainly assists in assessing whether investment projects may benefit of state aid/ advising on course of action should a competitor benefit of illegal state aid/ assessing whether clients may incur the risk of having state aid revoked on account of evolutions occurred after receipt of state aid/ challenging revocation or sanctioning decisions.
