Career
Mr. Wolfe specializes in corporate securities and capital markets transactions. He represents foreign and domestic issuers and money managers in private placements, initial and secondary U.S. and offshore public offerings and consent solicitations, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Wolfe has acted as counsel to issuers and underwriters in groundbreaking offerings by companies in the international transportation industry, involving equity offerings, debt placements, cross-border mergers, global listings, master limited partnerships and establishment and termination of American Depositary Receipt programs. Mr. Wolfe’s transactions include the first initial public offering by way of a warrants offering and the first initial public offering by a PFIC.

Mr. Wolfe has been Chair of the Maritime Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association, member of the Maritime Law Committee of the New York City Bar and President of the U.S. Business Council for Southeastern Europe.
Personal
Mr. Wolfe received an AB Degree from Cornell University in 1971, Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD Degree in 1975 from Yale Law School. His languages are English, Croatian and Slovenian.
