Gail qualified in 1997 and joined the firm in April 2008. She has an established reputation for her work with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, Government departments, property managers and private landlords having acted for an extensive portfolio of housing providers.
Gail has expertise in housing litigation and housing management law, and she is an experienced Advocate with a successful record of representing her clients in Court proceedings.
She regularly assist landlords with possession proceedings, injunctions and tenancy related advice. I also speak at national and regional housing conferences and provide bespoke training for clients.
