Mr. Attea is engaged in securities and corporate practice with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance and legal compliance programs. He is involved in programs for minimizing liability exposures of directors and officers. He also works with many nonprofits on corporate governance issues.
Joined the firm in 1964 and has been a partner since 1970.
