Labor Management Relations
Miner represents management in collective bargaining and counsels employers concerning bargaining obligations and labor agreements. He is an advocate in the arbitration of disputes arising out of collective bargaining agreements and in enforcement litigation. Miner regularly represents employers in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and in related litigation, including the successful defense of unfair labor practice charges and the successful prosecution and defense of appeals in such cases. He assists employers in developing and implanting union avoidance strategies.
