Fernando’s practice focuses on complex litigation with emphasis on product liability disputes and on cases that require long-term commitment with the client, both the domestic and international spheres. Fernando has a long experience in liaising with international counsels on Brazilian litigation and to co-counsel on cross border disputes. His experience also includes matters related to government advocacy and public policy.
