Federico has 20 years’ experience advising banks and private equity funds in banking, capital markets, project finance and debt restructurings, as well as in local regulatory matters.

He provides advice to both domestic and international investors in relation to structuring of acquisitions and equity investments. He has participated in several financing transactions, in Argentina and abroad, representing both banks and financial entities as lenders, and multinational companies as borrowers.

Career

Before joining TRSyM, he was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2002-2014), and a foreign associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York in 2005-2006.

Personal

He graduated as a lawyer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1999, and holds an LL.M from Columbia University School of Law, 2002.
