Fawzya represented a client operating within the telecommunications industry on a fibre-optic infrastructure project, the first of its kind along the Western Corridor of Ghana, worth USD 42,000,000.
She has drafted Employment Contracts, Service Contract Agreements and Human Resource Policies in compliance with local laws.
She has also advised and represented Clients in respect of the Family Law regime in Ghana specifically in Surrogacy, Adoption and Divorce Proceedings.
