Eric's practice focuses on patent law and electronics technology issues including patent prosecution, litigation and licensing. He represents clients worldwide in wireless, media, software, banking, insurance, and industrial technology. Eric has successfully represented numerous telecommunications and electronics technology companies in patent infringement actions and licensing negotiations.
