Emily has a broad and varied real estate practice, acting for corporates, sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors and financial institutions, particularly in the real estate, retail, hotel, sport and leisure sectors.

She deals with a wide range of commercial property related matters, advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, complex agreements for lease, landlord and tenant and property management work. She also has a wealth of experience advising clients on the real estate aspects of corporate and finance transactions, having spent most of her career at a magic circle law firm.

Emily is client focused and commercial in her approach and her primary focus is to achieve clients’ business objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible.
