As a corporate litigator, Ellen represents her clients in inquiry proceedings before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Appellate Court, in D&O liability litigation and in corporate disputes, with a specific expertise in accountancy and financial reporting. Ellen is also specialized in professional liability claims (disciplinary and civil) in which she represents accountants, civil notaries, lawyers and tax lawyers. She has frequently acted on appointment by the Enterprise Chamber in inquiry proceedings as investigator, administrator of shares or temporary supervisory director. Ellen is also a corporate mediator.
