Elizabeth (Terry) Dunning represents employers in mediating and litigating a wide variety of employment and discrimination cases. She advises employers about employment policies and best practices and applying those policies and practices in difficult workplace situations, including workplace investigations. Terry also assists employers in analyzing wage and hour classification and pay issues. She serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court, District of Utah.
