Elisa is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP where she co-leads the firm’s Privacy and Data Protection Practice and is the Montreal Regional Leader of the Firm’s Technology Law Group. She advises international and domestic clients on strategic issues related to compliance with Canadian and European privacy and data protection law requirements, privacy risk assessments, data mappings, big data and AI projects, data protection agreements, data breach management and anti-spam legislation. She also advises clients on various technology matters, including with respect to outsourcing and licensing arrangements.
