Mr. Young is a shareholder with a nationwide practice focused on representing public and private management in all phases of labor relations and employment law, including litigation, union avoidance, and collective bargaining. He has over 40 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts on issues dealing with EEOC, NLRB, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Mr. Young has litigated matters in more than 20 states and Canada.
Mr. Young is licensed in Tennessee and is admitted before the Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Eleventh, and D.C. Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeal as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Young is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
