With 20 years of practice, Gaban is a former enforcer at the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE) and head of the Economic Law and Corporate Compliance Group at the Firm. He has successfully led complex cases related to mergers, national and international investigations, civil and criminal litigation on cartels and related crimes like bid rigging, fraud schemes, corruption, economic law, and international trade. He brings an unique holistic approach that distinguishes himself and his group from most of the São Paulo-based law firms.
