Career
Graduated from the Federal University of Santa Maria (RS), in 1975. He was a member of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Sul for 14 years and obtained all the promotions according to merit criteria. He was a senior lecturer at the University of Cruz Alta and at the Superior School of the Public Ministry (RS). Eduardo Ferrão served as legal advisor to the National Constituent Assembly. He was a member of the Diffuse Rights Commission of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association. Since 1990, he has practiced law in the Superior Courts. He is a member of the Institute of Lawyers of the Federal District.
