Has been with SK&S since 1999, and in 2006 became a Partner. Coordinates the department responsible for intellectual and industrial property law, advertising, life sciences, and European Union law. Also specializes in international arbitration. Provides advice to clients on industrial property rights, including in disputes concerning unfair competition. In the field of advertising, she advises on organization of games and promotions.

As a member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, she provides consultancy services as part of global promotional and advertising campaigns. Advises clients on global management of rights to trademarks. Has experience in food law, in particular in disputes concerning nutrition and health claims. A speaker at international conferences on industrial property law, advertisement law, and pharmaceutical law.

Combines her practice at SK&S with academia – she heads the Department of Intellectual Property Law at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw. The author of a range of publications, including academic textbooks, on EU law, private international law, and industrial property law.
