Mr. Freeman represents public and private companies, private equity firms and investment banking firms in M&A, securities offerings and other transactions in a wide variety of industries. His M&A practice focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity investments and other business combination transactions, with broad experience in leveraged buyouts, listed company transactions and hostile or contested control transactions. Mr. Freeman also represents boards and independent committees in various corporate governance matters. He represents issuers and investors in equity and debt public offerings and private placements, and buyers and sellers in connection with in- and out-of-court reorganizations, workouts and restructurings.
