Dorcas Crawford is the Senior Partner in Edwards & Co. Solicitors where she has worked since 1987.
For over 20 years she was a litigator, specialising in Personal Injury, Public Law and Regulatory Law. She also represented large numbers of clients in several public Inquiries. After running Northern Ireland’s longest running civil case (102 Court days) , a group action for 5000 police officers suffering from PTSD, Dorcas decided to take a break from litigation and trained as a mediator. She now manages a specialist mediation service within Edwards & Co. called the better way and provides a broad range of conflict management services, including training, facilitation and mediation.
Dorcas also manages the firm and its strategic growth and development.
She is ranked as a Band 2 UK wide mediator.
