Litigates intellectual property cases nationwide involving a wide range of technologies, especially biologic therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostic methods and devices and consumer products. Has successfully tried cases to the bench and to juries, represented clients in post-grant proceedings at the USPTO, and argued appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
