Has over 30 years of experience representing employers in collective bargaining, labor/management relations and labor arbitrations; providing counsel on a broad range of employee relations matters, workplace policies, wage and hour compliance, and employee and civil rights issues; advising federal contractors regarding compliance with evolving non-discrimination and affirmative action obligations, and defending DOL compliance reviews; managing internal investigations; and conducting training in a variety of areas such as sexual harassment.
