Denis Segota has over 20 years of experience in counseling clients in the life science industry. His clients range from multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies to emerging growth life sciences companies.

Denis regularly partners with life science companies on complex joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing, and other partnership arrangements promoting the research, development, and commercialization of new platforms, pipelines and products. He also handles mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including marketed product acquisitions and divestitures. On public and private M&A transactions, Denis has also worked on negotiating the backend/contingent milestone and royalty payments.

In addition, Denis represents private equity firms investing in the food industry, as well as emerging growth technology companies.
