Specialising in complex, lengthy and high value discrimination claims, protected disclosure cases, or other matters where substantial reputational damage is at large. He also accepts instructions in professional regulatory and disciplinary tribunals. David is frequently instructed by a wide variety of private sector respondents, including banks and other blue chip companies. He often acts on behalf of public employers including central government departments, local authorities, the police and fire authorities.
