Senior counsel with more than 30 years' experience in a wide range of labor and employment law, specializing in union-related matters including union organizing, union contract negotiations, union grievance arbitrations and union contract administration. Regularly advises clients on the full range of issues facing employers, including performance management, discipline and discharge, wage hour matters, leaves of absence, and complex business immigration matters, as well as occupational safety and health issues. Serves as Ropes & Gray's Employment Practices Compliance counsel.
