David is a partner in the IT/communications group focusing on contentious work for this sector. His work is primarily significant litigation and arbitration, complex contract re-set, and early exit of contracts and ADR. He has a strong focus on data security breach issues, including advising on best practice and regulatory risk posture, breach response counselling and investigation, and downstream regulatory and claims defence.
