David Crass is co-chair of the firm's Agribusiness and Food & Beverage Industry Groups, and a member of the Management Committee. His practice sits squarely at the intersection of the food-water-energy nexus. He represents agriculture, dairy, and food processing clients in matters of environmental, regulatory, energy, and transactional law, as well as in litigation. David often advises clients with regard to agricultural production, manufacturing, and distribution, project development, compliance, negotiations, and enforcement and defense.
