Daniel Tienda is a partner and head of Cases & Lacambra’s Real Estate Practice in Spain.
He has a full and broad understanding of the real estate cycle in Spain, which allows him to provide bespoke legal advice to foreign capital investors in the Spanish market. He acts mainly for investments funds, family offices, private equity firms, developers and construction companies comprising acquisitions and divestments both through share deals, asset deals and credit portfolios.
His expertise ranges from all kind of real estate assets such as land, residential buildings, commercial spaces, shopping malls. He has large expertise and focuses on the hospitality sector.
Daniel’s advice also extends to the drafting and negotiation of all kind of real estate contracts (leasing, construction, architectural and design, hotel management, finance and restructuring, etc.) as well as concerning urban matters, planning, and licensing with the Public Administration.
