Since the foundation of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lucerne in 2001, Daniel Girsberger has been a Professor of Swiss and Private International Law, Business Law, Procedural Law and Comparative Law. He also teaches Private International Law, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
