Currently studying towards a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedural Law at Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Graduated Law school from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
Daniel was visiting researcher at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, following an invitation from the Institut de Droit Comparé Edouard Lambert.
