Practice Areas

Mr. McDaniel is a shareholder and chair of Baker Donelson's Gaming Industry Service Team. He represents domestic and international gaming clients before gaming authorities with regard to licensing, registration, findings of suitability, transfers of ownership, work permits, patron disputes, investigations, disciplinary proceedings and other regulatory matters. Mr. McDaniel also has experience representing clients in proposed gaming legislation.

Professional Memberships

Mr. McDaniel is a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors, formerly serving as president and as a board of trustees member. He is also a founding member of the Mississippi Association of Gaming Attorneys and a former chair of the Gaming Section of the Mississippi Bar Association. Mr. McDaniel also served as co-chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Gaming Law and is a member of the Federal Bar Association.
