ERISA Litigation; Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation.
Mr. Kallstrom focuses on employee benefits fiduciary advice and litigation. He has handled the full panoply of ERISA litigation cases, from fee and expense, ESOP, and stock-drop litigation to health care fraud and reimbursement cases, retiree medical and other cutback claims. He counsels clients, including Taft-Hartley funds, on fiduciary compliance matters for 401(k), defined benefit, medical, LTD, and other plans.
