Cynthia Jacob is Senior Counsel in Fisher Phillips’ New Jersey office. Since 2006, Cynthia has been engaged primarily as a neutral arbitrator and mediator in all aspects of employment law, ranging from individual matters to collective and class actions, ERISA and FLSA cases and related matters. Her experience also includes several decades of litigating commercial and employment-related cases, initially as plaintiff’s counsel and thereafter, on behalf of management including wrongful termination, employee benefits disputes, race, sex and age discrimination, and other civil rights litigation as well as successfully handling a wide range of appellate cases. Parties before her in arbitrations have ranged from individuals to businesses in wide range of industries including Fortune 500 companies.
