Cynthia is a member of Dentons' Labor and Employment and white collar crime practices. She has over 35 years' experience working in the areas of California and US domestic as well as international employment counseling and litigation. In addition to defending companies in high-visibility whistle-blower, class actions and other high-stakes employment litigation, she also advises clients regarding US and global employment policies and agreements, global expansion and reductions in force, employment support in mergers and acquisitions, global codes of conduct and cross-border internal investigations, elimination of human trafficking in supply chains and data privacy obligations including GDPR. She frequently speaks and publishes articles on the most cutting edge issues including global pay equity and #MeToo developments. She is the legal host to CISO Executive Networks, California Chapter.
