Career

Partner since 2005. Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School (LLB, 1994). U.C. Berkeley, USA (LLM, 1999). He serves as legal counsel to large companies, both local and foreign, engaged in different fields of business, covering mainly corporate and foreign investment matters. He also has a strong practice in M&A transactions and in infrastructure-related works (bidding process, M&A transactions, etc.).
